TESTIMONIALS

Here's what the athletes are saying about HardCor Nutrition!

"Working with Cori has been such a game changer for me! After providing her with a food log, she was able to evaluate my nutrition and point out some major deficiencies in my diet. Through her guidance, I was able to fuel my training appropriately, establish a new, healthy relationship with food, and run a marathon PR of more than 16 minutes. Rest assured, I will be working with her as I gear up to tackle the 2023 Boston Marathon!"

"Cori is amazing! She undeniably helped me find the balance for my nutritional needs! I am an ultrarunner and vegetarian. I was struggling with GI issues and feeling fatigued at times. I was finding it exceedingly difficult to nourish my body with working full time, weight training, yoga, while trying to run ~60 miles a week. For example, on my speed day workouts, I was experiencing a lot of GI issues.  She took into account what I was eating and provided suggestions for me. Since then, my speed days have been wonderful!

Training for 100k and 100 mile distances,  I needed the help to succeed in my training and race day nutrition. She found the holes in my nutrition with long runs, recovery, speed workouts and rearranged times of when and what  to eat. She is a wealth of information!! Protein was my Achilles and she helped improve my protein intake with a plan and it was all plant based!!!  Further, she helped me with recipes!! Her crack balls are my go-to power source before running!!!  She has helped me become a better ultrarunner as I know how to feed my body before, during, and after training. Thank you Cori!!!"

"When I started running, I experienced a 10 pound weight loss and noticed changes to my body. I was feeling fatigue and knew I could not afford any more weight loss.

I reached out to Cori and she helped me realize that eating my "normal" amount with an endurance sport was not enough. I had little knowledge on how nutrition plays a huge aspect of running. Cori gave me an individualized health plan and coached me on how to eat more calories in a nutritional way. I noticed positive improvements in my weight and a quicker recovery from my runs and had more energy. Cori's specialized nutrition plan helped me improve my lifestyle and keep up with my running to this day!

Not only did Cori help with my eating habits, but she paced me in my last trail half marathon where I placed first in my age group. Cori is always supportive and is a big advocate for her clients!"
