ABOUT HARDCOR NUTRITION

Hi, I'm Cori!

I’m a Registered Dietitian who thrives on movement, challenge, and an active lifestyle. You’ll usually find me running trails, backpacking, climbing, skiing, or meeting friends for early morning workouts.

Over the years—on the trail, at the gym, or mid-run—I kept hearing the same questions:

  • How do I get enough protein?

  • Why am I always dealing with GI issues?

  • Why do I crash halfway through my workouts?

  • How much should I be eating for this level of training?

  • Why am I doing everything right but still not feeling my best?

And what I started to realize…

The most active individuals are not lacking discipline.....they are lacking the right support.

THE MISSING PIECE

The people I work with are driven, consistent, and committed to their health.

But more often than not…

they’re under-fueled, under-recovered, and pushing through symptoms that shouldn’t be ignored.”

Low energy.
Poor recovery.
Digestive issues.
Hormonal imbalances.
Plateaus in performance.

This is especially common in active women, where the demands of training, stress, and daily life can leave them
working against their physiology instead of supporting it.

These aren’t just “part of training.”
They’re signs that something deeper is off.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO PERFORMANCE NUTRITION

There’s a better way to approach your nutrition.

HardCor Nutrition is built on the belief that optimal performance starts at the foundation.

Not just calories.
Not just macros.

But how your body is actually functioning.

Using a root-cause approach, including HTMA,
I help active individuals, especially women:

→ improve energy
→ support metabolism
→ enhance recovery
→ optimize performance

in a more precise, personalized way.

Support the body at the foundation.

WHY HARDCOR NUTRITION

This is where performance meets physiology.

Where fueling supports not just your training, but your energy, recovery, and overall function.

Where you stop guessing…
and finally understand what your body actually needs.

A root-cause approach that goes beyond surface-level nutrition.

My Journey

Movement has always been a core part of my life.

I played collegiate lacrosse at the Rochester Institute of Technology and later found my passion for running, trail training, and pushing my limits outdoors. It was through these experiences that I became fascinated by the connection between nutrition and performance, ultimately leading me to become a Registered Dietitian.

After earning my degree in Nutrition Management, I completed my dietetic internship at California State University, Fresno and have since worked in both clinical settings and with collegiate athletics. But beyond my credentials, my real education came from experience.

Living near the Sierra Nevada mountains, I’ve spent years training, racing, hiking, and backpacking, including completion of the John Muir Trail. Through that journey, I’ve seen firsthand how much nutrition impacts energy, recovery, and overall performance.

At the same time, I began to notice both personally and in others, that even when you’re consistent, disciplined, and “doing everything right,” things can still feel off.

That realization led me to take a deeper, root-cause approach to nutrition—looking beyond just food to understand how the body is truly functioning.

Because performance isn’t just built through training...
it’s built through proper support.
