I’m an outdoor enthusiast who thrives on movement, challenge, and pushing my limits. But I’ve learned that true performance isn’t just about training harder. It’s about what is happening beneath the surface.

As a Registered Dietitian, I specialize in helping active individuals uncover the root cause of low energy, poor recovery, and stalled progress through mineral balance and targeted nutrition. Because when your body is supported at the foundational level, everything else performs better.
