You Train Hard.
You Eat Healthy.
So Why Do You Still
Feel Like This?

FOR ACTIVE WOMEN WHO ARE DONE GUESSING

The 3 month program that helps you stop relying on caffeine, hitting a wall by mid-afternoon, and feeling too exhausted to live your life so you can finally wake up refreshed, feel strong in your workouts, and have steady energy all day.

Your body isn't lazy.
It is trying to tell you something.

Most mornings, you wake up feeling like you NEVER actually rested.

You slept… but your body still feels heavy, sore, and exhausted before the day even starts.

You used to be the person who LOVED workouts, hikes, long walks, training for races, or staying active.

Now even getting yourself to the gym feels like a battle some days.

By mid-morning, you’re already reaching for more caffeine just to function.

Your energy crashes by the afternoon.
Your brain feels foggy during work, conversations, or even simple daily tasks.

You are eating healthy.

You are trying to take care of yourself.

You are exercising.

But somehow your body still feels like it’s working against you.

Your workouts don’t feel good anymore.

Recovery takes FOREVER.

You feel bloated, inflamed, puffy, or completely drained after doing things that used to energize you.

You start wondering....

“Why does everyone else seem able to keep up…
but I feel exhausted ALL THE TIME?”

And one of the hardest parts?

Most people around you probably think you’re healthy because you still “look fit” and continue pushing through.

BUT BEHIND THE SCENES, YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE RUNNING ON FUMES.

You miss the version of yourself that had energy to enjoy life, feel strong during workouts, wake up motivated, and actually feel good in your
own body.

NOW YOU ARE STUCK WONDERING....

“Is this just stress? Getting older? Overtraining? Hormones? Or is something deeper actually going on?”

Your body isn’t failing you. It’s asking for support.

There’s usually a reason active women feel this depleted.

Your body is constantly adapting to stress.

Intense workouts.

Undereating.

Busy schedules.

Poor recovery.

Hormonal changes.

Gut issues.

Chronic stress.

YEARS of pushing through exhaustion.

Over time, this can affect:

Healthy Meal Bowl
  • energy

  • recovery

  • sleep

  • digestion

  • metabolism

  • mineral balance

  • nervous system function

And when your body stays in survival mode for too long, symptoms start showing up everywhere.

That’s why this approach goes deeper than another meal plan or supplement recommendation.

The Fatigue Fix for Women
Was Built for Women Like YOU.

A 3-month root-cause nutrition program designed for active women who are tired of feeling exhausted, inflamed, burnt out, and disconnected from their body.

This program goes deeper than another meal plan, supplement protocol, or “eat healthier” advice.

Because when you’re constantly tired despite doing everything right, the answer usually isn’t more restriction, more cardio, or more willpower.

It starts with understanding what your body actually needs.

Inside this program, we focus on uncovering the deeper stressors affecting your energy, recovery, digestion, metabolism, and overall health, using a personalized root-cause approach that includes Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), nutrition, recovery support, and lifestyle guidance tailored to YOU.

Together, we work on supporting your body in a way that finally makes sense for your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.

So you can:

Wake up with more stable energy throughout the day

Feel stronger during workouts instead of completely drained by them

Improve recovery, digestion, sleep, and overall resilience

Stop relying on caffeine and pushing through exhaustion

Understand what your body has been trying to tell you

Feel like yourself again, both inside and outside the gym

Our
Story

For years, I thought I was doing everything “right.”

I was eating healthy, training hard, staying active, and working in the nutrition field as a Registered Dietitian. From the outside, I looked healthy. But behind the scenes, my body was struggling. I dealt with fatigue, digestive issues, poor recovery, hormone issues, stress fractures, and feeling like my body was constantly running on empty. I kept searching for answers, going from doctor to doctor hoping someone would finally connect the dots.

Instead, I kept getting surface-level fixes.

“Exercise more.”
“Take a calcium supplement. Take an iron supplement."
“It’s normal for runners to experience that.”
“Your labs look fine.”
“Maybe it’s just stress.”

No one was asking WHY my body was struggling in the first place.

And honestly? That was one of the most frustrating parts.

Because deep down, I knew my symptoms weren’t random. My body was trying to tell me something. So I started digging deeper.

I began learning more about root-cause nutrition, minerals, stress, recovery, digestion, and how chronic stress on the body can quietly affect energy, hormones, and overall health, especially in active women constantly pushing through exhaustion.

That journey completely changed the way I look at nutrition and health.

Now, I combine performance nutrition with a functional, root-cause approach to help active women stop guessing, better understand their bodies, and finally start supporting themselves in a way that actually makes sense.

Hi there! I am Cori

Registered Dietitian. Mountain lover. Athlete.

My approach combines performance nutrition with a functional, root-cause approach to help you regain your energy, so you can feel good during workouts and in everyday life. I am an adventure seeker who believes food should fuel your workouts, recovery, and the life you actually want to live.

Because you deserve more than another band-aid fix.
