When you start seeing the pumpkin themed drinks at Starbucks, you know fall is coming! Growing up in NY, fall was always my favorite season. With all the leaves on the trees changing colors and the crisp, cool air make it a perfect day in upstate NY. Now living in California, those changes don’t quite happen like they do back in NY. However, the other reason why I love this season is all the cooking and baking centered around all the yummy fall ingredients,  which I can also still enjoy living in California. Pumpkin, apple, maple, cinnamon, spices, butternut squash, the recipes are endless!

After creating my apple cinnamon granola recipe, I had to create a pumpkin flavor too (tis the season!). I love how this pumpkin granola recipe makes big clumps to give that extra crunch in your mouth. This vegan, gluten free, naturally sweetened granola recipe satisfies all the flavors of fall in your mouth in one bite!
