BANANA WALNUT BREAD

When I start to see my bananas becoming too ripe, I secretly get excited because that means I have an excuse to make banana bread. This vegan banana bread is so incredibly delicious and moist, it just falls apart in your mouth. This dense bread can be consumed as a snack after a workout or as an "on-the go" breakfast option. Top with a scoop of peanut butter to give it some more protein. The chocolate chips give it that extra sweetness, more of like a dessert bread. If that is not what you are going for, then omit the chocolate chips. The crumb topping gives it a richer and denser flavor. To make it into a healthier banana bread, then I would leave out the crumb topping. I personally love walnuts in my banana bread to give it a little more texture. Feel free to omit the walnuts try a different add in of your choice.
